Title

Resolution authorizing and directing the issuance of a Warrant to Maxim Crane Works, in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars, ($5,000.00), for the cost of the crane rental in connection with the emergency at the Corliss Tunnel.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and The Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Maxim Crane Works, in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars, ($5,000.00) for the cost of emergency crane rental in connection with the removal of a vehicle from the river at the Corliss Tunnel, and providing for the payment thereof, chargeable to and payable from Organization Code:  230000,  Fund:  1000, Sub: 150,  Account:  527700, Budget Year: 2004, Department of Public Safety, Police Bureau.
