Resolution amending Resolution 682 of 2022, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Healthy Outcomes Inc., now Policy Confluence, Inc., DBA Balancing Act for a suite of online tools to educate and engage citizens on budget priorities, by extending the term for one year for an additional Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000) for a new total not to exceed of Fifty-Two Thousand Dollars ($52,000.00) over four years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Healthy Outcomes Inc. DBA Balancing Act for a suite of online tools to educate and engage citizens on budget priorities at a cost not to exceed Fifty-Two Thousand Dollars ($52,000.00) over four years, subject to annual appropriation by City Council in future years.
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
