Title

Resolution that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with a consultant or consultants for the design and implementation of professional training, work place counseling and coaching for individual employees, not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) and providing for payment of the cost thereof.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel & Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with consultant or consultants for the design and implementation of professional training, work place counseling and coaching for individual employees  Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions as said Solicitor may require.  The total amount payable under said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account 526100 Miscellaneous Professional Services, Fund 1000, Sub Class 150, Organization Code 109000 Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission and Budget Year 2001.
