Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The following item in Resolution Number 674 of 2022, effective date December 2, 2022, authorizing the sale of a property in the Twenty-eighth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, in accordance with Act No. 171 of 1984, is hereby repealed. The hand money is to be refunded, as the structure was razed. Item B: 7317 Monticello Street
