Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the aggregate amount of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,400,000.00), Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) from Fund 1000, Org. No. 250000, Subclass 050, Account 534600, Budget Year 2002, and One Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000.00) from Fund 1000, Org. No. 250000, Subclass 020, Account 516000, Budget Year 2002 to Fund 1000, Org. No. 250000, Subclass 010, Account 511000, Budget Year 2002, Bureau of Fire, Department of Public Safety.
