Resolution amending Resolution No. 138-2004, approved April 15, 2004 entitled "Providing for a contract or contracts from time to time in connection with demolition and removal of condemned buildings and providing for the payment of the costs thereof" so as to increase the amount appropriated from $535,000 to $535,500.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Chief of the Bureau of Building Inspection, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to advertise for bids and to secure letter bids and to award a contract or contracts for the demolition and removal of condemned buildings at a cost not to exceed $535,000 (five hundred thirty-five thousand dollars), chargeable to and payable from Code Account Community Development, Fund 2610, Organization 274300, Sub-Class C2004, Budget Year 2004, Project 2210011, Account 526500, is hereby amended by increasing the approved amount to $535,500 (five hundred and thirty-five  thousand five hundred dollars).
