Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Agreements, or the use of existing agreements with the Pittsburgh Public Schools (“PPS”), for the purpose of renovating the playground on PPS-owned property known as Westwood Park where Westwood PreK-5 School resides, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), chargeable to and payable from JDE 4510020423, Westwood Playground Renovation.

 

Section 2.                     Said agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
