Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 527, effective August 7, 2002, entitled " Providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements in connection with the construction of a temporary protective structure to be used in conjunction with the rehabilitation of the Greenfield Bridge; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, " by increasing the total project allocation by $240,000.00 from $460,000.00 to $700,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 527, effective August 7, 2002, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, to award, and to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or to use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements for the construction of a temporary protective structure to be used in conjunction with the rehabilitation of the Greenfield Bridge, at a cost
not to exceed $460,000.00 chargeable to the following account:
