Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500) to complete an architectural survey of the Crawford-Roberts neighborhood.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission in order to receive a grant in the amount of TWELVE-THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500). Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 1129400420.45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not to exceed of TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500) chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund job number 1129400420.
Section 3. A local match of TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($12,500) dollars shall come from the 2019 Capital Budget JDE Number 1173830019 for a total job cost not to exceed TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000).
