Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $5,262.50 warrant in favor of Amick Associates, Inc., c/o John Kazak, 11 Sycamore Street, Carnegie, PA  15106 in settlement of a claim in which claimant's vehicle was damaged due to a City Refuse truck, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2005.
