Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements for hardware and software maintenance of the Computer Aided Dispatch system for the Emergency Operations Center, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Fund 1000, Org. No. 210000, Subclass 150, Account 525100, Budget Year 2001, Department of Public Safety.
