Title

Resolution amending Resolution No. 227, approved April 4, 2003 entitled "Resolution Providing for the implementation of a Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) Area "AA", in the Beechview area (Council District #4) pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The second paragraph of Section 1 of Resolution No. 227 approved April 4, 2003, which paragraph provides for streets included in Area "AA" and which presently reads as follows:

"For the area bounded by: Espy Avenue from Wenzell Avenue to the Boundary of the City of Pittsburgh and Residential Parking Permit Area "5" as defined by Dormont Borough."

IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ:

"For the area bounded by: Espy Avenue from Wenzell Avenue to the Boundary of the City of Pittsburgh and Residential Parking Permit Area "5" as defined by Dormont Borough; Devon Road, From Forbes Avenue to Warwick Terrace, and Warwick Terrace from Devon Road to its dead end.
