Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments thereto with DQE Communications for circuits for Direct Connection to GCP (Google Cloud), at a cost not-to-exceed Fifty-One Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars ($51,279) over one year.

Section 2: The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.
