Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with 412PAW, LLC. for professional licensed veterinary services to the City's Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Animal Care & Control, at an overall cost to the City not to exceed ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($124,000.00) over four years, and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, chargeable to and payable from the following account codes, subject to the appropriation of funds by City Council in future budget years:

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
