Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with a Contractor or Contractors, a Consultant or Consultants, or a Vendor or Vendors, for the preparation of MASTER PLANS for the purpose of the "Restoration of the City's Historic Parks", and related activities, at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
