Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of the Cohen Law Group to assist in the representation of the City of Pittsburgh in connection with the conduct of negotiations for renewal of the cable franchise agreement with Comcast, Inc., at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class 150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2009.
