Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of $60,000.00, in full and final settlement of any and all claims filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, to No. GD 04-21170, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2007.
