Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of the Sheraton Hotel Station Square in an amount not to exceed ten thousand dollars, for the Citiparks Seniors Program Volunteer Recognition Gala; and providing for the payment thereof. Cost not to exceed $10,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Sheraton Hotel Station Square in an amount not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), in payment of the Citiparks Seniors Program Volunteer Recognition Gala; without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 2850, Organization 530000, Subclass 600, Year 2005, in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
