Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution No. 741 of 2001, which presently reads as follows:

Section 2.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories for the 1991 Community Development Block Grant Program:
