Resolution closing out Community Conservation Partnerships Program Grant Project BRC-TAG-23-238, a grant received from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to prepare a Master Plan for the City owned properties associated with the Emerald View Park.

WHEREAS, the City of Pittsburgh has prepared a Master Plan for Emerald View Park; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the Plan is to guide the development of Emerald View Park; and
WHEREAS, the Plan was financed in part by a Community Conservation Partnership Program grant under the Administration of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources under contract BRC-TAG-23-238.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of City Planning is authorized and directed to take the appropriate action to close out the contract with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources since the project was completed in accordance with the Grant Agreement, all project expenditures have been made and were in accordance with the Grant Agreement, the Master Plan is acceptable to the City of Pittsburgh, and the Plan will be used to guide future initiatives related to the site.
