Resolution amending Resolution No. 855, effective December 18, 2002, entitled "Authorizing a cooperation agreement or agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for administration of a $6,500,000 Section 108 loan and a $1,000,000 Economic Development Initiative grant for infrastructure, site preparation and construction of Garage #2 at South Side Works" by deleting references to the Section 108 loan and adding an account number. (Council District No. 3).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 855, effective December 18, 2002, which currently reads as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh ("URA") designating URA as the City's agent for administration of a $6,500,000 Section 108 loan and a $1,000,000 Economic Development Initiative grant to be used for infrastructure, site preparation and construction of Garage #2 at the South Side Works project, authorizing URA to execute all necessary and appropriate instruments on behalf of the City, to draw down funds directly from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and to manage the repayment of funds.

Finally, that any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution."
