Title: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby congratulates Eagle Scout Neal Schubert on his recent accomplishment and commends him for his outstanding achievement of attaining the rank of EAGLE SCOUT.

WHEREAS, the Eagle Scout Award, the highest advancement rank in Scouting is a performance-based achievement whose standards have been well-maintained over the years; to earn the Eagle Scout rank, the highest advancement rank in Scouting, a Boy Scout must fulfill requirements in the areas of responsibility, leadership, and service outdoor skills.; and
 
WHEREAS, Neal F Schubert, son of Mary and Richard Schubert is a member of the Boy Scouts of America Troop 66; and
 
WHEREAS; Neal's Eagle Scout project consisted of painting the interior of Holy Innocence Catholic Church in the Sheraden Neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh; and
 
WHEREAS, in order to accomplish this goal, Neal spent nearly 54 hours planning what materials would be needed, determining the amount of time required, organizing a corps of volunteers to complete the project and finally concluding the project in a timely manner; and
