Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with a Consultant or Consultants, or a Vendor or Vendors, for the payment of fees for updating the City's "Historic Preservation Guidelines", and related activities, at a cost not to exceed $10,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:
