Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to issue and

the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Richard S. Amyloidosis Foundation, in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Thirty Three Dollars ($10,033.00) in connection with the 2001 Great Race chargeable to and payable from Account 525500, Fund 1000, Organization 500000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2001 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
