Resolution granting to Greenfield Organization a Maintenance Agreement for a traffic island, City of Pittsburgh, in the 15^th Ward.  

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Finance and Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with The Greenfield Organization, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the installation, ownership, and maintenance of the Gateway Sign, and plantings, and electrical conduit in the Greenfield Neighborhood at the existing traffic island at the intersection of Algar Street, Ronald Street and Beechwood Boulevard (D756).
