Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a six-month Professional Services Agreement with Buchart Horn Architects at a cost not-to-exceed Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred Twenty One ($15,221) Dollars, which shall be used for the purposes of Historic Architect consultation services needed to guide the City through the Secretary of the Interiors Standards of Rehabilitation Section 106 process as relates to the conveyance of the former VA Hospital campus property slated for use as a public safety training campus.

The Agreement shall be chargeable to and payable from the following Capital account:
