Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Stantec for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering Phase for the Calera Street, Corley Street, and Maple Ave Bridge projects; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($1,320,000.00), reimbursable at 100%.
