Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer $4,800.00 from Police Salaries Account, Fund 1000, Org. 230000, Sub Class 010, Budget Year 2001 Account 511000 to City Clerk Transfer Account, Fund 1000, Org. 101200, Sub Class 400, Budget Year 2001, Account 581110.
