Resolution granting unto Bay Valley Foods, 1080 River Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a private waterline and private electrical conduit at River Avenue and the North Shore Trail in the 23rd Ward, 1st Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That the Bay Valley Foods, 1080 River Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, an 18” diameter waterline connecting two wells to factory water supply under the right-of-way of River Avenue and City of Pittsburgh property known as the North Shore Trail for a total distance of 1500' and electrical conduit originating at their factory at River Avenue-three (3) 3” conduit lines and five (5) 4” conduit lines to power to wells in the 23rd Ward, 1st Council District of the City of Pittsburgh. All portions of the trail including trailside plantings are to be restored in accord with the “Guidelines for Site Restoration”. Exhibit A
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of this resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as BTE Project # -07706 and Accession D-586 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.
Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
