Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for the Southside Baseball Field project in connection with the Mayor's Neighborhood Needs Supplement Program. Cost not to exceed $50,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Mayor's 2001 Neighborhood Needs Supplement Program in an amount not to exceed fifty thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following chart-fields.
