Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, and the Director of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with Pittsburgh Mediation Center for professional services, at a cost not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), chargeable to and payable from 500000-2610-200000-C2004-2267286-2004.
