Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a professional services agreement or agreements with Smith Detection for upgrades to two Sabre 5000 detection devices in an amount not-to-exceed Ten Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Dollars and No Cents ($10,280.00) chargeable to and payable from the following account:

11101.210000.57.57501.2020

Section 2.                     Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
