Be it resolved by the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Res. 070-00, effective 2/23/00, as amended by 739-00, effective 10/27/00, which presently reads as:

The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts in a form approved by City Solicitor, for street resurfacing programs to include but not limited, hot mix asphalt, crack sealing, equipment purchases, sawing and sealing, nova chip, flexible pavement, asphalt milling, truck rental, brick and blockstone repairs, handicap ramps, concrete slab replacement and parks related asphalt work throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed Six Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($6,680,850.00), chargeable to and payable from Fund 5100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project 2239000, Budget Year 2000, Account 525500,Citywide Resurfacing, Department of Public Works.
