Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for engineering services related to the design of upgraded traffic signals and traffic control in and near the Central Business District, at a cost not to exceed $125,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:

Section 2.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for the reimbursement of the Federal Government's share of costs to the City of Pittsburgh, in connection with the CBD Signal Upgrades.
