Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, agreements or agreements, lease or leases, or the use of existing contracts, leases or agreements and other approved expenditures for the payment of supplies, equipment, materials, salaries, rentals, and other services required to provide center services for the HACP Senior Community Program in an amount not to exceed Seven Hundred Thousand ($700,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the Housing Authority, Recreational and Senior Programs, Account 525500, Organization 500000, Fund 2610, Subclass C2011, Project/Grant 2215003, Budget Year 2011.
