Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Jack Lafferty’s Truck Parts, Inc., 3120 Smallman Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201, in an amount not to exceed THIRTEEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY NINE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-FIVE CENTS ($13,439.25), for upfitting of a vehicle for the Auto Squad. Funds are chargeable to and payable from grant account 2329400358.56501.00.
