Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the repairs, maintenance, improvements and emergencies in connection with the Wall, Step, and Fence Program, throughout the City of Pittsburgh, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, at a cost not to exceed $200,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, to include but not limited to repairs, supplies, materials, equipment rental, and emergencies in connection with the Wall, Step, and Fence Program, throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed Two hundred thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Fund 6100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHR, Project 2220035, Budget Year 2007, Account 525500, Wall, Step, and Fence Program, Department of Public Works.
