Resolution further amending Resolution No. 857 of 2023, effective December 27, 2023, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2024 Capital Budget, the proposed 2024 Community Development Program, and the 2024 through 2029 Capital Improvement Program” by updating the name PITTSBURGH FLAG FOOTBALL CORPORATION as a grant to PENNSYLVANIA FLAG FOOTBALL FOUNDATION and authorizing a subsequent Agreement for a total cost of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 857 of 2023, effective December 27, 2023, as amended, which presently reads as per Current Budget Amount, is hereby further amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with these community organizations on behalf of residents of the City of Pittsburgh, chargeable and payable from the listed code accounts of the 2024 Community Development Block Grant program.
