Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $17,120.00 warrant in favor of Jones, Gregg, Creehan & Gerace, LLP, as attorneys for Richard and& Patricia Kline, c/o Patricia E. Rashiatore, Esquire, JONES, GREGG, CREEHAN & GERACE, LLP, 411 Seventh Avenue, Suite 1200, Pittsburgh, PA 15219,, in settlement of a lawsuit in which Plaintiff's property was damaged due to water leaking from Banksville Swimming Pool, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2006.
