Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services to enter into agreement(s) and/or Real Estate agreement(s) for the purchase of property located in the 19th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh at 1915 Broadway Avenue and providing for the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $340,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into agreement(s) and/or Real Estate agreement(s) of sale with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the purchase of property located in the 19th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh at 1915 Broadway Avenue formally known as St. Catherine of Siena Parish School Building in an amount not to exceed three hundred forty thousand dollars ($340,000) plus closing costs and other associated auxiliary costs as may be stipulated in said agreement chargeable to the following.:
