Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Amending Resolution No. 62, Item K, effective February 20, 2007, which authorized the sale of a 2 STY FRA & BRK HSE, known as 323 Mansion, 15^th Ward, Block 56 R, Lot 206, to Stephen Carvelli for the sum of $7,900.00.

      The reason for the amending resolution is to correct the purchase price which currently reads $7,900.00 to correctly read $6,000.00.

All else in Resolution No. 62, Item K, effective February 20, 2007, shall remain the same and in effect.
