Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended agreement with Power Contracting Company for the CBD Phase 4 project at a cost thereof, not to exceed Three Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Ten Dollars and Four Cents ($3,829,410.04), an increase of Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eight Dollars and Eighty-Four Cents ($7,208.84) from the previously legislated contract authorization (610 of 2022);
