Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     Section 4 of Resolution No. 269 effective April 26, 2001, which presently reads as follows:

Associated costs of the efforts using the City of Pittsburgh Growth Initiative funds shall not exceed $75,000, chargeable to and payable from:  Fund 1000, Organization Code 999200, Sub-Code 300, Budget Year 2001, Acct. 526100.

Is hereby amended to read as follows:

Associated costs of the efforts using the City of Pittsburgh Growth Initiative funds shall not exceed $93,500, chargeable to and payable from:  Fund 1000, Organization Code 999200, Sub-Code 300, Budget Year 2001, Acct. 526100.
