Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, to include but not limited to fence repairs, concrete repairs, asphalt repairs, court renovations, shelter installations, play area improvements, park reforestation, electrical survey, major repairs, emergencies, landscaping equipment, including mowers, utility carts, tractors, etc., at various parks and park facilities throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed  Four hundred fifty thousand, ($450,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Fund 6100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project 2245000, Budget Year 2007, Account 525500, Park Reconstruction, Department of Public Works.
