Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1:                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign, a warrant in favor of Recreonics, in the amount of Five Thousand Eight Hundred Forth-Nine Dollars and Thirty-One Cents ($5,849.31), for the purpose of the purchase of Recycled Plastic Lifeguard chair w/side step - white - 2x for Homewood Park Pool; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, chargeable to and payable from the following operating account:  11101.450000.56.56151.2026
