Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with SAI Consulting Engineers for costs associated with the Construction Management and Construction Inspection phases for the Charles Anderson Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars and Eleven Cents ($2,854,186.11), federally reimbursable at 95%; to be paid from the following accounts:
