Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The City is hereby authorized to lease to the South Pittsburgh Development Corporation property in the 32^nd Ward, at the corner of Jacob and Whited Street, for a period of twenty (20) years  ninety-nine (99) years, at a rental of $1.00 per year, and upon such other terms and conditions as may be approved by the Mayor and City Solicitor.
