Be it resolved by the Council for the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution 422 of 2025, entitled "Resolution amending Resolution 273 of 2025, effective May 7 2025, entitled "Resolution authorizing eleven (11) Open-End Professional Services Agreements with five vendors to provide professional services on an on-call basis as required related to special events services as needed by the various Departments of the City of Pittsburgh, each Agreement being at an amount not-to-exceed seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) annually for a three-year term, and providing for funding of the costs thereof," by authorizing an additional eight (8) Professional Services Agreements with five (5) additional vendors for a total of nineteen (19) Open-End Professional Services Agreements with ten (10) vendors," is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 1. The City of Pittsburgh, through the Office of Management & Budget, is hereby authorized to enter into twenty-five (25) Open-End Professional Services Agreements with Acrobatique Creative, Bounce Marketing & Events, Flyspace Productions, Elevation Management, D&GG Marketing, Mary Beth Mueller, ZeroFossil Inc., ChatterBlast Media LLC, CGi LLC, Platinum Street, Rack-Wilder and Reese Inc, Skill Technology Services, and Skyline Events Company for a three (3) year term, in order to provide professional services on an on-call basis as required related to special events services as needed by the various Departments of ...
