Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 833, effective January 1, 2002, as amended, entitled "Adopting and Approving the 2002 Community Development Block Grant Program and approving the 2002 through 2007 Capital Improvement Program" which presently reads as per Column A, is hereby amended to read as per Column B.
