Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of Public Works and/or the Director of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, to retain management and consulting services for the Dept. of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services, at a cost not to exceed one hundred thousand dollars, ($100,000.00), chargeable to, and payable from the Solid Waste Trust Fund, Fund 2870, Org. 430000, Sub-Class 600, Budget Year 2002, account 525500.
